Pallet Hoop

VS

Stretch Wrap

See the difference

Pallet Hoops and Stretch Wrap both stabilize goods on pallets but there are key differences:

A pallet hoop can be applied manually just like stretch wrap. It is applied in less time and delivers consistent results without the use of any special techniques.

Properly applying stretch wrap manually takes longer and requires a trained operator.

Removal is a Breeze!

Pallet Hoops have quick-release latches allowing quick and easy removal.

A pallet hoop is removed by simply pulling on each quick-release latch, releasing the tension, and pulling off the hoop! The hoops can then be stored with the pallets to be reused once more!

Removing plastic film is a hazardous process and leads to many knife related injuries every year. Once the film is cut without damaging the underlying goods, the film is then thrown away into large bins and dumpsters, which take a large amount of space, before being recycled (if clean) or brought to landfill or incinerated.

Pallet Hoop is Machine Ready!

Pallet Hoops can also be applied by machine just like stretch wrap!

Pallet Hoops can be applied by machine in seconds! The machine is loaded with hoops in the stacker and the applicator places the hoops over the goods. The machine is ready for operational testing and we are looking for partners, apply now!

Stretch wrap can be applied automatically, but most machines are semi-automatic, meaning a human still needs to attach the film to the goods for the machine to start, and all of them take more time to wrap a pallet than simply using a pallet hoop!
